Affiliate payouts are issued automatically through Shopify Collabs. Commissions are held for a standard 30-day period to account for returns or cancellations. After this holding period, your earnings are processed and paid out in the first week of each month.
You don’t need to do anything to request your payout – everything is handled automatically once your commissions are confirmed.
Attribution: We work with a 30-day attribution window. That means you’ll earn commission on any order placed within 30 days after a customer clicks your unique Natch link.

Not necessarily. We partner with affiliates who reflect Natch’s values and share our commitment to excellence. Each application is reviewed individually, and if we believe you’re a good fit, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps.
After your application has been approved, you receive an onboarding email which will provide your Unique Link and Code which you can share with your community.
