CALCIUM-HYDROXYAPATITE (HAP)
Since Natch is a fully vegan product we incorporate calcium-hydroxyapatite (HAp) a version made from a naturally occurring form of calcium phosphate instead of bovine. It is actually the main mineral our teeth and bones are made of (approx. 95% of enamel & 70% of dentin). Studies have shown HAp to be an effective non-toxic alternative to fluoride that can equally help remineralize the enamel and reduce the risk of cavities and tooth erosion.
ORGANIC CLOVE ESSENTIAL OIL
Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of an evergreen tree from the Myrtaceae family native to Indonesia and Madagascar. It is known for its many medicinal benefits including oral care. Its main active ingredient is eugenol, which has strong antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antioxidant superpower properties. L-ARGININE
Arginine is an amino acid which occurs naturally in saliva and helps regulate your mouth's pH levels so bacteria and plaque acids cannot survive. Oak bark comes from trees of the Fagaceae family and are native to North America. ORGANIC QUILLAJA SAPONARIA
Quillaja Saponaria, the soap bark tree or soapbark, is an evergreen tree in the family Quillajaceae, native to warm temperate central Chile. Soap bark tree has a long history of medicinal use with the Andean people. With its naturally high level of saponins, this makes it an all-natural, safer and healthier option for foaming than SLS, a foaming agent commercially used in toothpastes and shampoo, which has been linked to an increased risk of developing canker sores.
